The Wealth Wolf LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, including vault.ivyattorneymethod.com and academy.ivyattorneymethod.com (the "Site"), and when you purchase or access our digital products and services, including online courses, memberships, and downloadable materials (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy also serves as our Notice at Collection for California residents.

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:

  • When you purchase, access, or use our digital products;
  • When you communicate with us (including email, forms, and social media where we control the collection).

It does not apply to information collected by any third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not under our control, even if you access them via links from our Site.

Payment-related information: Limited payment information such as the last four digits of your card and transaction IDs. Full payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor (Teachable/Stripe) and are not stored by us.

Internet or network activity information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and other usage information collected via cookies and similar technologies.

User content and communications: Messages you send us, course assignments or comments you submit, testimonials, survey responses, and support requests.

Geolocation data: General location information derived from your IP address (e.g., city, state, country).

Inferences: Profiles or preferences inferred from your activity (for example, course interests or engagement level) in order to improve or personalize content.


3. Sources of Personal Information

We obtain personal information from the following sources:

Directly from you: When you create an account, make a purchase, fill out a form, sign up for a newsletter, contact us, submit content in a course, or otherwise provide information to us.

Automatically from your devices: When you access the Site or Services, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

From service providers and partners: Payment processors, email service providers, analytics providers, and technical hosting providers.


4. Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information

We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

Providing and personalizing the Services: To register your account, deliver digital products, host courses, track progress, and customize content and user experience.

We do not collect additional categories of personal information or use personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you with an updated notice.


5. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services and complete the transactions you have requested;
  • Support your ongoing relationship with us (for example, maintaining your course history or account);
  • Comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations; and
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

General retention criteria:

  • Account, course, and purchase records: Retained while your account is active and for seven (7) years after closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Marketing contact information: Retained until you unsubscribe or your information becomes inactive according to our internal policies.
  • Technical and analytics data: Retained for approximately 24 months in aggregated or pseudonymized form, where possible.

We do not retain personal information longer than is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes or as required by law.


6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

Service providers: Companies that process information on our behalf for business purposes, such as:

  • Teachable (course hosting and delivery)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • ConvertKit (email marketing)
  • Calendly (scheduling)
  • Zoom (video conferencing)
  • Landingi (landing pages)
  • Cloudflare (DNS and security)

Professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers where necessary in the course of the professional services they render to us.

Authorities and legal recipients: Law enforcement, government authorities, or other third parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

Corporate transactions: Actual or potential buyers (and their agents and advisors) in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

We do not authorize our service providers to use personal information for their own independent purposes, except as required to provide the contracted services to us or comply with their own legal obligations.


7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information (California)

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with appropriate notice and opt-out options.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Disclosure for Business Purposes (Prior 12 Months):

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to service providers for business purposes:

  • Identifiers (to payment processors, email providers, course platforms)
  • Commercial information (to payment processors, course platforms)
  • Internet or network activity (to analytics providers, hosting providers)

At this time, we do not respond to DNT browser signals or similar mechanisms.

Our Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.

If you are a European resident, you have additional rights including:

  • The right to request data portability

Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.


13. Email Marketing

If you make a purchase, download a free resource in exchange for your email address, and/or opt in to receive emails, you agree to receive email communications from us, including but not limited to newsletters, updates, promotions, and other announcements.

Our Site and Services are operated from the United States and are intended primarily for users located in the United States. If you access the Site or Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top.

If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as by prominently posting a notice on the Site or contacting you directly).

Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the changes.

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated at least once every 12 months.
